At Clean For U Housekeeping & Cleaning Services LLC, we’re committed to providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services for every client. Your satisfaction is our top priority.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive to deliver outstanding results with every cleaning.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will schedule a follow-up visit at no additional charge to address any areas of concern.

  • If we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds or service credits may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not performed as described or confirmed in your booking.

  • You reported dissatisfaction within the 24-hour window.

  • Our team was given the opportunity to return and correct the issue.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (subject to the cancellation fee).

  • Missed appointments or lockouts.

  • Pre-existing conditions or stains that cannot be safely or reasonably cleaned.

  • Services performed under unsanitary or unsafe conditions where cleaning could not be completed.


Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $35 cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service rate.


Payment Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, or Stripe) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Refund amounts will exclude any applicable cancellation fees or used portions of service.


Gift Certificates & Promotions

Gift certificates and promotional discounts are non-refundable but may be transferred to another customer or applied toward future services if unused.


Service Limitations

Our cleaning services do not include hazardous material removal, pest remediation, heavy lifting, or repairs. In such cases, the service may be paused, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons.
