Clean For U provides professional cleaning services for homes, offices, move-in/move-out properties, and post-construction sites. The specific services, rates, and schedules are outlined during booking or in written agreements.
Booking & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online through www.clean4ucrew.com or by phone.

A valid contact number, address, and payment method are required to confirm your appointment.

You will receive a booking confirmation via email or text message.

Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid scheduling issues or delays.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $35 cancellation fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full service amount.

If we need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergencies, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.
Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept secure online payments via Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

Prices are displayed prior to checkout and may vary depending on property size, service type, and selected add-ons.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in suspension of future service until resolved.
Access to Property

Please ensure safe and timely access to your property at the scheduled time.

If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival due to lockouts or other access issues, the appointment may be considered canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.

For safety reasons, we cannot enter a property without confirmed permission or if unsafe conditions exist.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment, and we will return to address the issue promptly at no additional charge.
Exclusions & Limitations
Our services do not include:

Heavy lifting (items over 25 lbs)

Hazardous material or biohazard cleanup

Pest or mold remediation

Deep stain or odor removal (requires specialty services)

Climbing beyond a standard step stool
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous environments.
Liability & Insurance

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items that were improperly installed or in disrepair.

Please secure valuables, cash, and personal items before service.

Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
